MODICA CHOCOLATE EXPO

Saturday, February 14 and Sunday, February 15 at Expo Gate, in the center of Milan, will be presented the Cluster of cocoa and chocolate by EuroChocolate.

Will feature the countries of Cameroon, Cuba, Gabon, Ghana and Sao Tome Principe, prensenti at the press conference with delegates as the Cuban ambassador Beatriz Soto Alba Pimentel.

There will also be representatives of the symbols of Italian chocolate Torino, Perugia and Modica (city of central Sicily).

Modica chocolate will star of the morning of 15 February with tastings.

On this occasion the Chef Ambassador Ernst Knam offers tasting a special gift to the city of Milano: a chocolate-shaped cathedral made especially for Expo Milano 2015.
